Use x-ray to pass the prepositive monochrome machine,the diffraction beam is monochromatized and then irradiate on the sample.accord with the formula:nλ=2dsinθdiffraction and received by count tube to enlarge.show the strength by the meter and read the accurate angle value by the clinometer.
